How to configure a Working Paper to customize screens

Step by step:

The Working Paper feature allows users to customize the front-end of the routines to make it easier to use the System on a day-to-day basis. You will be able to change the order of buttons on the user's screen, restrict browse options, change font setting, etc.
 

Note:

Routines may have unopened options for the Working Paper. For more information about the routine, contact the team responsible for the module.


To set up a Working Paper, follow the procedure below:
- Access Configurator > User > Working Paper > Working Paper.
- Click Include.



- Enter a Code and Description for the Working Paper and click Confirm.



- Access User > Working Paper > Set Working Paper.
- Click Include.
- In Working Paper, enter the code created in the previous stage.
- In Routine, enter the routine for this Working Paper.



Note:

If the routine is not informed, the settings will be used in all routines that do not have a specific configuration.


- Click on the Buttons tab. In this screen you can change the order that the buttons are displayed in the browse. For example, by default in routine MATA010, the buttons are displayed as shown below:



- After applying a Working Paper with the settings below:



- The screen of routine MATA010 appears with the buttons in a new order:



- Another customization option is the Browse tab, where you can remove browse features and change font settings. Below is an example of Working Paper configuration and its result in the user browse:





- After setting up the Working Paper, click Confirm.

- Once you create the Working Paper, you need to associate it with a user or a group.

- Access User > Passwords > Users.

- Click on the user, and click Change.

- On the User tab, click on the Working Paper tab.

- Click twice under the Code column, then on the magnifying glass and select the Working Paper created.

- If you want this Working Paper to be mandatory for the user, check the box Require use of working paper when available.




- After setting, click Confirm.

If the box is not checked and the user has to use the Working Paper, they must select the Paper on the login screen after entering the Login and Password, as shown below:
