Version control

Version control method applied to the document. Available options are:

• New review: when selected, this option determines that all changes made will result in a new reviewed version of the current document.
• New version: when selected, this option determines that all changes made will result in a new document version.
• Maintain version: when selected, this option determines that the current document version will be maintained.

The document physical file update will only be effectively implemented if the user has permission to edit the document.
