Basic Path

 

01. In the Document functionality, access the my documents folder and then the check out folder, where you can find the document at check-out.

02. Press the Document Check in, located next to the name of the document.

This option is only presented if the user has permission to modify or total.

03. In the check-in screen, it is possible to view the description of the document and change it.

04. In the tab check in details, it is possible to edit the comment.

05. Set the version control.

06. Inform the description of version control.

07. In the approval tab, it is possible to configure the approval for the document.

08. Press Confirm.

The file transfer will be made to your source directory whether or not you update the version/review of the document, taking into account the configuration in the version control. And the document is deleted from the Check-out

 

 

Speaking of check-in...

Check-in is the routine that the user publishes a document in the source folder. It is only possible to run a check in a document that is in the check out.
