Fill out the fields and to continue the options are the following:

• Close (to exit without saving the addition).
• Save and Create New (to save the addition and keep the form for a new addition).
• Confirm (to save the addition and return to the start page).

Then, the system displays the screen Restrict This Register? Enter Yes or No.

To Edit, find the item you wish to edit.

Some fields are shaded, which means they cannot be edited.

Fill out the information in accordance with the instructions in Main Fields.

After making the adjustments, click:

• Close (to exit without saving the edition).
• Save and Create New (to save the edition and keep the form for a new addition).
• Confirm (Save the edition and return to the start page).

Accessing the routine displays all the registers made.

To make a deletion, first find the item you wish to delete.

Click option Other Actions / Delete.

At the top of the screen, view the shaded message:

Are you sure you wish to delete the item below?

You cannot undo this action after confirming the deletion.

Make a decision and, to continue, click:

• Close (to exit without saving the deletion).
• Confirm (to delete the item and return to the main page

Para efetuar uma exclusão, localize primeiramente o item que deseja excluir;

Clique na opção Outras Ações / Excluir;

No alto da tela visualize esta mensagem sombreada:

Tem certeza que deseja excluir o item abaixo?

Esta opção não poderá ser desfeita após a confirmação da exclusão.

Certifique-se e para prosseguir, clique em:

• Fechar (para sair sem salvar a exclusão);
• Confirmar (exclui o item e retorna à página inicial).

No acesso à rotina são apresentados todos os cadastros efetuados;

Para visualizar a informação cadastrada, posicione primeiro o cursor no item e clique na opção Visualizar no alto da tela à esquerda.

Nesta opção não é possível efetuar alterações.

Permite a pesquisa de informações com a utilização de filtros que as ordenam, baseado no índice selecionado considerando, por exemplo, a filial+código.

A opção disponível em Outras Ações/ Configuração Inicial permite utilizar cadastros básicos pré-populados resultando em economia de tempo.

E funcionalidade utiliza os cadastros básicos padronizados com o CNJ (Conselho Nacional de Justiça), organizados em estrutura em árvore, com 5 níveis até chegar à Descrição do Tipo de Ação propriamente dita, no entanto conforme o caso menos níveis são usados.

O uso desta funcionalidade pressupõe a necessidade de acesso à Internet pelo servidor Protheus, e pode ser acionada a qualquer momento sem prejuízo aos registros já efetuados. Quando acionada, o sistema verifica se os itens do padrão estão cadastrados e se houver a falta de algum item a rotina faz o complemento.

Para utilizar esta funcionalidade é necessário que o servidor do Protheus tenha acesso à Internet, pois a cada vez que a configuração inicial é acionada, a rotina verifica as informações disponibilizadas no servidor do CNJ (Conselho Nacional de Justiça).
