By default, documents are presented on the internal viewer or on the standard player - when the document is a video. However, if the document or video extension is not supported by the internal viewer or player, the document is downloaded to be displayed in an application compatible with its extension. If the document is configured to not use the internal viewer, it is displayed in the browser iframe or it is downloaded. In the document view, users can browse through pages using the arrow keys, located in the upper left corner, or access a particular page by entering it in the Page field, located in the upper right corner of the window, as well as viewing the content of videos.

This action is available for form records only.

Available search result actions are displayed in the column to the left of the window:
• users can browse through terms using the Previous and Next buttons;
• users can directly access a specific page containing the searched term by selecting it from the search result list;
• while the document is open, users can select previously searched terms by clicking the arrow located on the left side of the search field and selecting the desired term from the search list.
To return to the document view mode with all the available actions after performing a search, click View, located next to Search. 

After selecting the text, users can copy/paste contents into other documents. 

After selecting this option, the document is adjusted to the screen size, removing current zoom settings ({i>i.e.<i} returning the document to its original size). 

After selecting this option, the document is expanded to allow enhanced and detailed viewing. 

After selecting this option, the document size is reduced.
