Basic Path

01. Click Documents in the main menu.

By default, documents are presented on the internal viewer or on the standard player - when the document is a video. However, if the document or video extension is not supported by the internal viewer or player, the document is downloaded to be displayed in an application compatible with its extension. If the document is configured to not use the internal viewer, it is displayed in the browser iframe or it is downloaded. In the document view, users can browse through pages using the arrow keys, located in the upper left corner, or access a particular page by entering it in the Page field, located in the upper right corner of the window, as well as viewing the content of videos. |

Adjust Document to Screen Width

01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, and with zoom applied (enlarged or reduced), click Adjust to Width, located on the action bar in the upper left corner of the window.

After selecting this option, the document is adjusted to the screen size, removing current zoom settings ({i>i.e.<i} returning the document to its original size). |
Rotate Document Page

01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click Rotate Page, located on the action bar in the upper left corner of the window.

After selecting this option, the document is rotated 45, 90, 180 or 360 degrees clockwise. Users can click this option until the document reaches the desired position. After closing and reopening, documents will be displayed in its original position; rotation settings can only be used for viewing purposes. |
Enlarge Document Size

01. With the document in view mode using the internal viewer, click Enlarge, located on the action bar in the upper left corner of the window.

Reduce Document Size

01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click Reduce, located on the action bar in the upper left corner of the window.

View Document in Full Screen

After selecting this option, the document viewing area is enlarged, covering the entire browser area. Simply click this option again to exit the full screen mode. |

Download the Document

01. With the document in view mode using the internal viewer, click Download, located in the upper right corner of the window.

This option is only available to authenticated users with permission to download the document viewed. Documents with attachments are compressed and downloaded in .zip format, maintaining all document components (main document and attachments). |
