To use the new fields in documents and folders, it is necessary to register them.
Add a custom field
...
01. Select In the Control Panel feature in the main menumain menu, click Control Panel, then check Customization container and click Customized field.
02. Access the Documents tab.03. Click the Customized Field option.04. Click Add.
0503. Enter the Customized Field code.
0604. Enter the description of the Customized Field in question.
0705. Check if the field will be applied to all folders or documents below the folder created.
0806. Click Save.
Edit Customized Field

01. Select the Customized Field that you want to edit.
02. Click Edit.
03. Edit the Customized Field information.
