This field indicates the calculation base percentage of teamster bills which incurs income tax. If it is not indicated and the class needs a rate, the system may use the content indicated in the MV_ALIQIRF parameter or the content of the IRRF Rate field from the supplier register.
Additionally, the Calculate IRRF field content must be set to Yes.
