Enter the Tax System in which the company is classified.

Start Date/End Date

Enter period for calculation selection.

Normative Instruction?

Enter the configuration file name without .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter DMSEPRE (Rendering Services) or DMSETOM (Hiring Services).

Target File?

Enter the text file name to be created with the data.

Example:DMSE.TXT

Note: It can be any name with .TXT extension.

Directory?

Enter the directory's name where the text file created from the calculation is saved.

Example:  C:\ XML\.

5. After confirming the parameters, specific parameters of ISS Maringá are displayed:

CNPJ ?

Declarant CNPJ.

City Registration?

Declarant City Registration.

Special Tax System identification code?

1 – City Small Business

2 – Estimate

3 – Professional Society

4 – Cooperative

5 – Individual Micro-entrepeneur (MEI)

6 – Micro-entrepeneur and Small Busines (ME EPP) choosing Simples Nacional system;

Telephone?

Individual or Legal Entity telephone

E-mail?

Individual or Legal Entity E-mail

Lot Number?

Invoices Lot Number

CMC Number?

The number of Taxpayer City Registration.

6. Check information and confirm it.
