Create notes on articles
01. Find the article for which you wish to write a note.
02. Click on More options, located to the right of the article name.
03. Click on Start notes.

This option is only displayed when the feature for creation of notes on documents is active. For information on how to activate this feature, see Messaging - PC. Clicking on this option opens the Messaging window, in which you can create notes for the document. For more information, see the alternative path Create notes in document in Messaging. |
