If any RPS issued by the system and converted into an Electronic Invoice by the local government must be cancelled, just cancel the RPS by Microsiga Protheus® and generate the magnetic file again for export to the local government. With this procedure, at the time of importation by the site, the city will check which documents are canceled and will cancel them automatically in the website, dispensing with any other procedure.
Microsiga Protheus® does not perform the opposite process, that is, cancel the RPS manually deleted on the local government website.
When you issue the return file of local government with the electronic invoices generated, you can add the cancelled documents to the file. If this option is selected during import through the Electronic Invoice Import routine, the information about electronic invoice of cancelled documents is also updated.
