Speaking of viewing social information for the document...

In this window, you can view the document's social information, i.e., the comments and supports the document has received, and the locations where the document has been shared.

In addition, this window allows you to add, remove or report comments for the document. For more information about these actions, see Platform ❙ Comment on folder or document.

View social information for the document

01. Find the document to be viewed.

04. Click on Close – to close the document preview – or on Document actions and then on View document – to return to the document preview.

Access the community in which the document has been shared

01. In the Shared the document table, find the share for which you wish to access the community.
