Speaking of dataset synchronization...
The purpose of dataset synchronization is to reduce the number of accesses to data services provided by products external to the platform. It is very common to import data from external systems to complement form information in a process or carry out validations in events based on the information returned by this dataset.
On the Platform ❙ Datasets screen, after finding the dataset for which synchronization will be configured, access the synchronization screen by clicking the link in the Synchronization column. This feature is not available for internal datasets.

When clicking this option, the dataset data written on the platform are synchronized with the corresponding data from the external system. It is only possible to enable data synchronization for datasets developed on the platform. When enabling synchronization, it is carried out according to the schedule created in Task Scheduler. |
