Purpose

It consists of making information related to maturing contracts available, by displaying data on resources allocation balance, materials annotation and equipment rental. In this query, the balance of equipment rental configured in the services quotation is checked.

Query Fields

These fields are displayed in the query:

• Contract Number: indicates the contract number
• Contract End Date: indicates the contract end date
• Product Description: indicates the product description
• Mode of Rental Collection: indicates the item collection model with balance (availability, use or mobilization)
• Rental Balance: indicates the rental item of contracts equipment value that has not been calculated or measured yet

Filters Used:

• Today: considers the maturity day with present date;
• Last 7 Days: considers the maturity day with seven days prior to today's date;
• Last 30 Days: considers the maturity day with thirty days prior to today's date;
• Last 60 Days: considers the maturing day with sixty days from today's date.
