Change group on asset transfer

Status/Requirement:	When changing the asset group, in the asset transfer, to a group with the same accounts, the group code is not changed.
Solution/Implementation:	Included validation not to stop the transfer of the Asset (ATFA060) if only the asset group is changed and both have the same account codes.
