OVERVIEW

Use this routine to plan the acquisition of assets, registering future fixed asset acquisitions on a given period.

With the acquisition planning resource, you can:

- Preregister assets, for acquisition planning purposes.
- Activate the assets planned, when the acquisition occurs

Esta rotina permite efetuar o planejamento de aquisições de bens, registrando as futuras aquisições de imobilizado para um determinado período.

Com o recurso de planejamento das aquisições é possível:

Efetuar o pré-cadastro de bens, em função do planejamento de aquisições;

Efetivar os bens planejados, quando ocorrer a aquisição

- .

Cada bem imobilizado com planejamento de aquisição futura cadastrado, será considerado na rotina Simulação, quando houver a necessidade de projetar a depreciação.

Os bens que forem incluídos com planejamento de aquisições, serão classificados como Bem Pendente na rotina Classificação de Compras, indicando que este o ativo necessita ser finalizado, pois somente após a efetivação, o ativo será considerado como "adquirido".

Independentemente da data prevista para a aquisição do bem, o bem planejado pode ser efetivado a qualquer momento.

O Sistema exibirá a legenda com a situação dos ativos, sendo:

02. EXEMPLO DE UTILIZAÇÃO

Information

The Simulation routine will use each fixed asset with a registered plan for future acquisition, whenever the need to project the depreciation arises.

The Purchase Classification routine will classify assets included with acquisition planning as Pending Assets, indicating that the asset needs to be finalized, because the asset will only be regarded as "acquired" after becoming active.

Regardless of the estimated date of asset acquisition, you can activate the asset planned at any time.

The System displays the caption with asset statuses, as follows:

The routine also relies on validations, flow and calls by the ATFA012 ExecAuto
The routine calls the
Caso seja necessário algum campo ou informação será retornado pela ExecAuto do ATFA012 - Ativos ou pelas validações da própria ATFA310 - Planejamento de Aquisições;
A rotina também conta com as validações, fluxo e chamados pela rotina de ExecAuto da ATFA012;
A rotina também chama os LP'S 801/805 na efetivação/Estorno de Efetivação do bem;
O campo SNN_GRUPO é utilizado para facilitar o gatilho na rotina de Classificação de Compras, assim sendo o campo o grupo que o bem poderá utilizar lá e que será usado para o gatilho das futuras informações.

Após selecionar está opção poderemos efetivar o bem posicionado ou um range de bens, conforme perguntas:

O bem irá ser efetivado e entrará no processo para a sua classificação precisando ser avaliado na rotina de Classificação de Compras - ATFA240.

in the Activation/Reversal of Asset Activation as well;
Field SNN_GRUPO is useful for easing the trigger in the Purchase Classification routine, thus being the group field the asset can use there, also used for triggering future information.

After selecting this option, we can activate the asset selected or a range of assets, according to the questions::

The asset will be activated and enter the process for its classification, requiring its evaluation in routine Purchases Classification (ATFA240).

Importante observar que após efetivação o campo DT. Aquisição é preenchido;
O bem nas rotinas ATFA012/ATFA240 fica como pendente de classificação;
O código base do bem incluído via planejamento segue o parâmetro MV_CBASEAP.

In routines ATFA012/ATFA240, the asset is shown as classification pending;
The base code of the asset added via planning follows parameter MV_CBASEAP.

Then the classification must be done in routine Purchases Classification Após isso deve ser feito a classificação na rotina de Classificação de Compras (ATFA240):

O estorno usa as mesmos perguntas da efetivação caso seja selecionado a opção "Por Seleção";
O estorno só pode acontecer em planejamentos efetivados e em bens que ainda não foram classificados.
