02. DESCRIPTION
This parameter specifies the number of days to be used in total depreciation starting at the acquisition of an asset. It is imperative to accurately determine how to apply depreciation to an asset from the moment it enters company equity.

- If a company sets MV_ATFDPDI to 30, the total depreciation of the asset will start to be booked from the day of acquisition and extend itself through the next 30 days.
- For assets acquired at the end of the fiscal year, you may adjust the setting to reflect the time remaining until the closing of the accounting period, thus optimizing asset management and the accuracy of financial reports.
