This is used in routine Batch Acceleration of Depreciation Accelerated Depreciation in Batches ATFA175 to automate additions of type 07 - Depreciation Acceleration to a set of selected assets. Thus, depreciation occurs in accelerated form, because the asset is depreciated using the normal acquisition rate plus the acceleration rate.
