Generating EDIRN (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

To generate file pre formatted to import EDIRN, you must follow procedures below:

1. In Normative Instruction, system displays the routine description screen.

2. Click Parameters.

The parameters screen is displayed.

3. Complete the parameters, noting the following data:

Start Date?

Fill out interval between dates to generate several Manifests and system searches for all manifests generated in this interval.

End Date?

Fill out interval between dates to generate several Manifests and system searches for all manifests generated in this interval.

Normative Instruction

Enter the configuration file name without the .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter EDIRN.

Target File?

You do not have to enter file name because it is already established.

It is always generated as follows:

If Manifest is INFLOW, name is ROMANEIO.DBF; if it is OUTFLOW, name is NOTSAIDA.DBF.

Directory ?

Enter name of directory to save file.

Ex: C:\DBF\

Select Branches ?

Enter whether the branches to be processed will be selected. When entering No, only current branch is considered; when selecting Yes, system displays a screen in which you must select branches to be considered.

4. Confirm routine parameters and specific parameters of EDIRN are displayed.

Number of Reference Manifest?

Enter a valid number of Manifest.

Generate several manifests in the same file?

Inform if you want to generate several manifests in one file.

Enter Type of Manifest?

E- Inflow / S - Outflow
