This routine allows generation of a file in xml format and has records in accordance with pre defined layout, which is a monthly statement of services provided or acquired from the city of Maringá - PR.
The obligation to record and present to the City Tax Authority the Monthly Services Statement - DMS-e, generated by computer program, pursuant to Maringá City Tax Law, was enforced by complementary law no. 422/202 - City Tax Code, available at: http://www.maringa.pr.gov.br.
The file name generated can receive any name. Ex.: IMPORT.XML

Important:
From 12/01/2012 the Monthly Statement of Electronic Services (DMS-e) becomes mandatory.
The program ISS Fácil, replaced by DMS-e, is available until 11/28/2012 to receive statements; after this period, it will be extinguished.
After the established period, any statement, regular or rectifier, will be accepted through the DMS-e.
The following data can be imported:
· Issued Invoices (Rendered Services) - The Declarant rendered services to the Customer/Supplier - the invoice was issued in paper (regular invoice)
· Received Documents (Rendered Services) - Rendered by the Customer/Supplier to the Declarant - the invoice is a document in paper (invoice, voucher, receipt, etc.) or Electronic Invoice of another city different than Maringá.
Drawers of electronic invoice must not declare the issued Electronic Services Invoices, as they are automatically loaded in the DMS-e.
