In Market Analysis, you can generate the Public Notice that automatically loads information on Lots, Products, Participants, Estimated Values, Class, Bidding Rule, Modality and Evaluation.

You can add the Public Notice either manually or automatically, according to the information defined in the Market Analysis register.

Procedures

1. When you activate the Generate Public Notice option, fill out the fields:

• Rule: field automatically filled out according to the rule entered in Market Analysis.
• Public Notice Code: enter the code of the Public Notice. This information becomes automatically available when the Public Notice Code field, found in the Market Analysis header, is filled out.
• Process No.: enter the number of the process. This information becomes automatically available when the Process No. field, found in the Market Analysis header, is filled out.
• Opening Date: enter the opening date of the Public Notice.
• Opening Time: enter the opening time of the Public Notice.
• Validity Term: enter the validity term of the Public Notice.
• Object: enter the characteristics of the Public Notice for product purchasing and/or service contracting purposes.

2. Check and confirm the data.
