This option allows to schedule a sales representative visit to the prospect. A visit date and dispensed time must be entered, considering sales representative dislocation from sales representative up to the location where the prospect is located.
This menu option is available in the module Invoicing. For Call Center, the user can schedule visits from the routines Service - Call Center or Contact List.
Procedures
To schedule a visit:
1. In Prospects, select the option Schedule a Visit.
Show a screen with routine parameterization.
