Esta rotina permite o acompanhamento de Processos Judiciais e Administrativos e está estruturado sobre o arquivo Assuntos Jurídicos.

Todos os tipos de Assuntos Jurídicos estão visíveis neste cadastro sendo que na inclusão de um processo, o campo Tipo de Assunto Jurídico é automaticamente preenchido com o valor (código) que indica o tipo do assunto.

Quando efetuado o primeiro acesso em uma base sem conteúdo, o sistema automaticamente configura os cadastros de Tipo de Envolvimento; Tipos de Garantia; Tipos de Despesas; Tipos de Follow-up.

No Cadastro de Processos, acesse primeiramente a pesquisa aos Assuntos Jurídicos, as informações cadastrais do processo, estão divididas em tópicos acessíveis pela barra de rolagem.

Condições prévias

Use this routine to follow up on Legal and Administrative Lawsuits. It is structured under file Legal Matters.

You can view all Legal Matter types in this register. When you add a lawsuit, the system automatically fills out field Legal Matter Type with the value (code) that indicates the matter type.

When you first access a database without content, the system automatically configures the registers of Involvement Type; Guarantee Types; Expense Types; Follow-up Types.

In Lawsuits Register, first access Legal Matters search. The register information of the lawsuit is divided in topics that you can access with the scroll bar.

When you confirm the saving, tab Agreement becomes disabled for data manipulation, but tab Searches - Legal Matters is available with the fields of the Agreement
