The Customized Fields function is nothing more that the customization of This feature allows you to customize fields in the general information of a folder or document.In the folder and document general information, you can add , by adding new fields to be filled in. These These fields can receive predefined values or you can enter them in the creation of folders or documents.
To use the new fields in documents and folders, it is necessary to register them.
Basic Path
Add a custom field
...
01. Select In the Control Panel feature in the main menumain menu, click Control Panel, then check Customization container and click Customized field.
02. Access the Documents tab.03. Click the Customized Field option.04. Click Add.
0503. Enter the Customized Field code.
0604. Enter the description of the Customized Field in question.
0705. Check if the field will be applied to all folders or documents below the folder created.
0806. Click Save.

02. Click Edit.
