The working hours correspond to the time when the company is in business, that is, the regular working hours.

In order to disconsider holidays in the deadline calculations, it is necessary to register them in the Holidays feature.
The activity deadline calculation is done by considering the working hours configured for the activity in question. If not working hours were configured for the activity, the working hours configured for the process will be used.

01. Select In the Control Panel feature in the main menumain menu, click Control Panel, then check People container and click Working hours.
02. Access the Processes tab.03. Click the Working Hours option.04. Click Add.
0503. Enter the working hours code.
0604. Select the working days of the working hours.
0705. Enter the working hours.

It is mandatory to fill out, at least, one shift, Morning or Afternoon, entering the shift start and end times. |

01. Select the working hours you want to edit.
