Speaking of Users' Invitation...

This feature allows sending e-mail invitations to individuals, encouraging them to join the platform. They can be sent via a list of e-mails or through a CSV file.

Informações

Users’ invitation via the platform’s Control Panel are different than invitations sent when adding users to fluig TOTVS Identity.


Invite users

...

01. In the main menu, click Control Panel, then check People container and click User's invitation.

Painel

Invited users will receive an email message containing a link to set up a profile on the platform.



Invite via CSV file

...

01. Click Invite via file.

...

03. Click Send invitations.



Monitor sent invitations

...

01. Click View list of sent invitations.

Painel

A list of all All invitations sent by via the platform is displayed to the administratorwill be displayed in this list.

02. To search for a specific invitation, enter the e-mail in Search e-mail.

03. To filter invitations by specific status, click Status and select one of the available options.

04. Click Search.



Delete sent invitation

01. Click View list of sent invitations.

02. Enter an e-mail address in Search e-mail.

Resend invitation
