To control rights and limits of purchases made by its employees, Microsiga Protheus offers the Authority Control to make this control easy and safe.

To use the Authority Control, you must configure parameters:

• • MV_RESTSOL
  • MV_RESTCOM
  • MV_RESTINC
  • MV_RESTPED
  • MV_RESTNFE

You can define products to be controlled in the Product Register and employees involved in the purchase process and passwords of employees in Configurator Module.

Procedures

To use the authority control, check the following fields in Product Register:

• Restriction

When products purchase requests are generated, it uses the control of restriction on requestors.

Configure parameter MV_RESTSOL as Yes and add restrictions to Requestor Register.

• Purchase Group

Inform the standard buyer group for the product with authority control.

If the requestor is not registered in any group, the standard buyer group informed in this field for the product is automatically considered. If this group is not informed, that will impair the Authority Control.
