Through the Address you can control the stock accurately in warehouses, that is in which shelf, row the product is.

Procedures

Controlling the address of a certain product:

• The parameter MV_LOCALIZ must be set to S;
• The field Addr. Contr. of the Product register must also be set to S.

Upon every product inflow, a record of Balance to Address is generated and, from Address Products, products are directed to the appropriate physical locations.

Addresses must be previously registered to avoid misspelling when addressing is made (Address Registration).

If the product uses this concept, the address must be typed in all system internal transactions. In sales invoices and allocations, the address can be informed or requested automatically, according to the priority defined in Addressing Priority.
