The TOTVS Collaboration product the for Purchases module contemplates the receipt of a new type of document: the Electronic Bill of Lading (CT-e) that is exclusively digital, electronically issued and stored with the purpose of documenting a provision of transportation services.

In module Purchases, the receipt of CT-e is available for processing by the companies that contracted the transportation service, irrespective of whether the transportation is to receive or send goods .

. Scheduling through documents receipt routine: to receive new types of documentsTOTVS Collaboration, the routine SchedComCol has been made available. It must have its processing scheduled in standard Schedule of the system (module Configurator). It is through this routine run that the CT-e that have been received are available in the monitor TOTVS Collaboration.

. Goods receipt service contracting: in this situation a transportation bill of lading is generated for the apportion of the transportation value among the products received through this procedure (handling identical to the one applied in the Bill of Lading).

. Goods delivery service contracting: in this situation, a transportation bill of lading is generated only for transportation service purchase record. The generated document has only one item related to the contracted freight for the goods transportation.

The import of the transportation bill of lading is possible when all invoices are registered in the system. Otherwise, the document is considered inconsistent ( it is added to the event 052 – Electronic Invoice Import Inconsistence Warning  of M-Messenger so the documents are registered in CT-e) and are available for processing through monitor TOTVS Collaboration.
