This folder defines conditions for the product supply. These data are used by Request per Point of Order, Production Order, MRP and POs per Point of Order, which automatically calculate purchase or production needs.

To identify product structures, when the calculated need for structure subproduct components is a negative number (parameter MV_NEGESTR = .T.), and generation of Purchase Order is replaced by Production Order, pay attention to fields:

It indicates how the product must be obtained, as a subproduct:

Producing: indicates that the origin structure must be produced.

Buying: indicates that the product must be purchased.

  • Origin Struc.

Indicates which main product must be produced to generate the product (as a subproduct).

When this field is not filled out, the first structure found in the Structure Register is used.

  • SBP Lot

For finished products containing subproducts with fixed quantity, indicates the production lot for subproducts (this lot is used to generate a minimum stock of finished product, once it is used for stock purpose).

Enter maximum stock for a specific product to reach. This field is used, for example, to adjust the stock to the warehouse physical space destined to store this product.

Although the system does not block the purchase or request of amount that is higher than the one informed in field Maximum Stock, an e-mail is sent (if Messenger is configured with code 029), informing that the maximum amount will be exceeded.

The system allows a Master Production Schedule to be registered with amount greater than the maximum balance for the product, only issuing a warning to the user, without impeding typing.

In Generation of POs and Generation of PRs, either by point of order or MRP, the field Maximum Stock is considered in such a way that daily balances will not exceed the maximum balance defined for the product, blocking operations and exceeding productions.

In generation of POs per order point, the maximum stock is neither considered for production orders of PIs (Intermediate Goods), nor for PRs or Pos generated for such goods.

The maximum stock is also not considered for generation of Pos by Sales for PIs and RM (Raw Material) of Pos generated.

Enter Yes if you want the product to be considered for calculation of MRP - Material Requirement Planning or Stock Projection. Each material demand is calculated according to Sales Forecast, Sales Order Portfolio or Production Plan. For calculation of MRP - Material Requirement Planning, the following items are considered:
