SPED FISCAL Magnetic File
It is a standard register that allows EFD-FISCAL magnetic file generation, considering Layout 007 (last layout available).
The Public Digital Bookkeeping System (SPED) consists in the modernization of the current system to meet accessory obligations. Taxpayers send their obligations to tax authorities by using digital certification to sign electronic documents, thus assuring their legal validity only in digital way.
Procedures
Accessing the Sped Fiscal magnetic file generation:
| 1. | Access Tax Records / Miscellaneous / Magnetic Files / SPEDFISCAL. |
The system presents a new home screen of the register.
| 2. | Select Edit, Add, View or Related Features. |
Files can be generated in Excel, PDF, HTML etc.
