Stamp Tax levies on every document, book, paper, act and product. When Stamp Tax levies on a product, no other tax levies on it.
To calculate Stamp Tax, when entering an inflow or outflow document, the rate, if different from the fixed percentage 1% (standard for most operation), must be entered in Products File.
The liability to pay Stamp Tax is generated when the bill is written off by Finance. This information is required only for tax calculation, not affecting the Invoicing. |
