Creating Normative Instruction 194 (MATA950 - SIGAFIS)

To create the DIF-Cigarettes:

1. In Normative Instructions, the routine description screen is displayed.

2. Click Parameters.

The routine parameters are displayed.

3. Fill out data according to field help instructions.

4. Check out the following parameters:

Start Date?

Enter the first day of the month the data is sent.

End Date?

Enter the last day of the month the data is sent.

Normative Instruction?

Enter the .INI file name to be used when creating the magnetic medium, with no .INI extension.

For this magnetic medium, enter:

SRF194A - Invoice Import Layout;

SRF194B - Import Layout of IPI Calculation Tax Records.

Destination File?

Enter the destination file's name where the data are to be stored. For this magnetic medium, enter:

DIFIMPNF.TXT - Invoice Import Layout;

DIFIMPRI.TXT – Import Layout of IPI Calculation Tax Registry.

Directory?

Enter the directory to create the text file from the calculation.

5. Check the data and confirm.

The system returns to the routine's description screen.

6. Confirm data again.
