The option Readjust applies a Multiplication Factor to readjust prices of products from lists indicated in the parameterization.
Procedures
Readjusting a price list:
1. In Price List, select Readjust.
2. Click Parameters.
3. The parameters of this option are self-explanatory. However, check out the following data:
- Multiplication Factor?
Enter the price readjustment factor. New values are obtained by applying this factor.
- Number of Decimal Places?
Enter the number of decimal places to consider when the new price is saved.
Example:
If 0 is informed and the new value calculated is 46.74, the value saved will be 46.00, ignoring cents.
- Orders in Portfolio?
Select option Update if pending sales orders must have their prices readjusted, or select Keep otherwise.
- Reapply Factor?
Define how the multiplication factor must be applied for readjustment:
- Base Price - the following formula is applied:
Base Price X Multiplication Factor X Factor
- List Price - the following formula is applied:
Sale Price X Multiplication Factor
4. Check information and confirm the list readjustment.
