The field Status identifies the prospect status, which can be:

  • Classified

The status is automatically attributed by the system, showing the prospect became a customer, from the moment the first sales is made. In the Call Center module, this sale is made in the option Call Center - Telesales.

  • Development

Indicate the prospect is in development.

  • Manager

Indicate the prospect is under the responsibility of an account management.

  • Stand By

Indicate the negotiations with the prospect are stopped, but can be continued in the future.

  • Canceled

Indicate the prospect has been canceled.

  • Prospect

Indicate the suspect already because a prospect.


Important:

Information in the field Suppl.Mail (US_ENTORI) with 1-Mailing, 2-Campaign, 5-Event or 7-Partner, makes the field Ent.Origin (US_ORIGEM) to be mandatory.
