This parameter, when set to the value "N", is applied and impeditive only on Postings (ATFA030 and ATFA035);
the other movements, such as Inclusion of Assets (ATFA010), Posting (ATFA036), Monthly Calculation
of Depreciation (ATFA050), and Transfer (ATFA060), can be executed normally.
