Basic Path
01. In the search field located on the top bar, type the text you wish to search.
02. A list of suggestions will appear. It is possible to select a word from the list or type any word.
03. Click on the magnifying glass to perform the search.
04. The search result screen will be displayed with the tab All selected.
05. Select the Communities tab.
06. This tab only displays the search result that show communities.
07. In the result presented, it is possible to have new filters using the link Add filters.
08. The filter area will be expanded and a list of filters per period will be displayed.
09. It is possible to choose the following filters: last hour, last day, last week, last month, last year and specify a period stating the date of beginning and end of the search.
10. Select the filter(s) to be considered and click Search.
Speaking of searching for communities...
The search for communities returns content that contain the term sought and it is necessary to access the Communities tab to filter this type of results.
When the feature of cloud relationship is active, only those communities that are part of the same relationship cloud in which the user who is performing the search is a member are presented. More information can be obtained in Relationship cloud.
