Speaking of Icon Registration...

In this function, icons used in platform are added to make identification of documents and of file type associated to them easier.

The platform has standard icons for some document types, these icons can be modified according to the customer's need.

In the platform, some default icons are associated to a file extension. If a new document is created and no icon is added manually, platform identifies the type and it automatically associates the standard icon to the document.

Basic Path

01. Select the Control Panel feature in the main menu.

02. Access the Documents tab.

03. Click the Icon Registration option.

04. Click Add.

05. Enter the icon code.

06. Enter the description of the icon in question.

07. Find the path for the image insertion.

08. Click Add.

Edit Icon

01. Select the Icon you want to edit.

02. Click Edit.

03. Edit the Icon information.

04. Click Save.

Delete Icon

01. Select the Icon you want to delete.

02. Click Delete.

03. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
