Speaking of Form Browsing...
This guide details all Form browsing features (Forms) and management processes for Forms and records. This feature makes it easy to edit published forms and view their records.
Browsing centralizes all of a company’s forms within the same platform section and is only available to administrators or users who have the required permission to access the Browsing feature.
Attention
Forms created using the Forms Beta technique under the Waterdrop 1.6.4 release were migrated to the new Form Browsing feature. All actions can be made from Form Browsing and no longer under Document browsing.
Last edited
This section lists the last three forms edited. When the mouse cursor is placed over the form, a scroll movement allows the user to quickly identify the form. An icon to create New Forms is also available.
There are two management options for forms shown in this section:
Edit: edit the forms to be subsequently published or only saved.
Delete: allows the user to delete the form. A confirmation message is shown after selecting this option. Click Confirm to proceed or Cancel to cancel the action.
Attention
Forms created after the Liquid 1.6.5 release will not be moved to the recycle bin after they are deleted. Deleted forms cannot be recovered, since they are not moved to the recycle bin.
The Forms search bar is shown below, where the user can search forms by entering the form title. Enter the form title to search forms.
Under editing
This section shows all forms currently being edited (i.e. forms that were only saved after being created and configured) and forms that were edited after being published. Similarly to the Last edited section, this section also has a scroll feature for the user to identify the form quickly.
The same two management options detailed above are also available for the forms in this section:
Edit: edit the forms to be subsequently published or only saved.
Delete: allows the user to delete the form. A confirmation message is shown after selecting this option. Click Confirm to proceed or Cancel to cancel the action.

Published forms
This section shows all published forms and also has a scroll feature for the user to identify the form quickly. In this section, however, users can manage form records and the forms themselves, using the following options:
View record: this feature opens the Form registry widget, showing the form records. If the form does not have any record, the user must click Add to open the form and add records.
Share: this feature allows the user to share his form both with platform users and with external users without a fluig username. In order to share the form with external users outside the platform, the form must be marked as public in the form settings .
After publishing the form, click Share on the form menu shown in Form Denial and copy the URL displayed in order to share the form.
Edit: this feature allows users to edit published forms and make necessary changes. By selecting this option, the form is opened and can later be saved or published.
When editing a published form, a new version of the form is created in order to make changes. After the changes are made, if the form is only saved, it will be shown in all three Browsing sections (Last edited, Under editing and Published forms). However, these are different versions of the same form.
Delete: allows the user to delete the form. A confirmation message is shown after selecting this option. Click Confirm to proceed or Cancel to cancel the action.
