Speaking of Customized Fields...
This feature allows you to customize fields in the general information of a folder or document, by adding new fields to be filled in. These fields can receive predefined values or you can enter them in the creation of folders or documents.
To use the new fields in documents and folders, it is necessary to register them.
Add a custom field
01. In the main menu, click Control Panel, then check Customization container and click Customized field.
02. Click Add.
03. Enter the Customized Field code.
04. Enter the description of the Customized Field in question.
05. Check if the field will be applied to all folders or documents below the folder created.
06. Click Save.
After saving, the custom field can be added and filled in the document properties.
If the Show in all documents? field has been selected, the custom field will also be displayed in all existing documents and folders.
Edit Customized Field
01. Select the Customized Field that you want to edit.
02. Click Edit.
03. Edit the Customized Field information.
The system does not allow you to modify the code field.
04. Click Save.
Delete Customized Field
01. Select the Customized Field that you want to delete.
02. Click Delete.
03. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
