This file informs reason of which telemarketing customer service were concluded. The conclusion of customer services happens only when all actions have been performed.

- Resolution by manual
- Product replacement
Tip: - After customer service is concluded in the Telemarketing, it can no longer be changed.
- This routine can be accessed by Invoicing module, through Updates->Files->Conclusion.

Procedures
To file conclusion types:
- In Conclusion, click Add. The add screen is displayed.
- Fill out data according to help instructions.
- Check data and confirm.
