This routine defines accesses of the sales representatives to information of Clients, Prospects, Pipeline, Annotations, Opportunities, Release Quotation, Access commercial proposal, Access Suspects, Qualify Suspects, Run Scripts, Suspects, Qualify Suspects, Run Scripts, Contacts, Sales Targets, Products and Models to access Registers, specifying, the scope of view of each group.

Once defined the responsibility levels, each Sales Team must be added to the business structure, to make it possible to, from the routine Representatives, make the necessary maintenance, scheduling programs, view registers, program schedules, etc.



Procedures

To register sales teams:

1. In Sales Teams, select the option Add.

The system displays the add list, subdivided into tabs:

2. Fill out data according to field help instructions.

3. Check and Confirm data.

  • Notes

The notes register makes possible to add, edit and delete comments or notes related to records of the following CRM entities: Suspects, Customers, Prospects, Contacts, Competitors, Sales Representatives, Opportunities, Proposals, Orders, Suppliers, Partners, Products, Price Table, Sales Process, Business Unit, Sales Team, Campaign and Events.

The annotation is comprised by title, content and allows to attach files.



 Procedures

  1. In Other Features, click Notes.
  2. In the upper menu it is possible to Filter, Query, Search, Print and Configure.
  3. The lower menu shows five options: Edit, Add, View, Exit and Other Features.
  4. When viewing a registered note, shown information are: Note Code, User Code that created a note, User Name, Note Modification Date, Note Inclusion Date, Title, Content and Attachments.

 



Connections

The functionality allows to identify the relationship between registers made to CRM, such as suspects, prospect, customer, contacts, competition, suppliers, partners, opportunities, proposals, sales orders, invoices, products, price table, sales process, sales representatives, business unit, sales team, campaigns and events.

The connection centralizes information on a relationship between an entity and other and facilitates queries. Through this functionality, it is possible, for example, to attach information from a customer to other, entering the connection function, for example: partner, shareholder, influencer, etc.

If a function is not found that fits to its needs, it is possible to register other connection roles and relate them to corresponding roles, i.e., connect the role Uncle/Aunt to the corresponding role Nephew/Niece.

When register connections it is possible to define start and end connection dates.



Procedures

  1. In Other Features, click Add.
  2. In the connection register screen, entity data, code and connector name are automatically loaded.
  3. Fill out the fields Connection Role, Role description, Connected entity type, Entity type description, connected entity code, entity description, Comment and Start and end dates.
  4. The field Connection Roles is filled out by a standard query. After filling out the role, the field Corresponding role is automatically completed. In case of more than one, select which one best fits your needs.
  5. If necessary register a new role, select the option The role code is automatically loaded, sequentially.
  6. Fill out the fields Name, Category, Observation, Status, Relationship with the Entity and Corresponding Rule Association.
  7. In the corresponding registered roles there is a standard query listing already registered roles.
  8. In connection query browse there is an option Disconnect, that undo register relationship links.
