DT Receipt of Documents (HTML) International

1 - Once you click one of the widgets Typed, Unreconciled Packing List and Invoices without Integration of screen General View, you are taken to the Document screen, in which you can view the list of corresponding Documents.

2. You can filter the data through Advanced Search.

3. To order documents through the column desired, just click the arrows next to the name of the column. The arrow pointing upwards indicates ordering from smaller to larger, or from oldest to most recent.

4. You can manage columns through the gear icon in the last column, showing or hiding as desired.

5 - You can view the details of each document through option Details, found at the end of each item on the list.

6 - Click option Details to view the details of the document chosen.

7 - On the same screen, you can view two tabs, Items and Taxes. Tab Items displays all the items of a document.

8 - You can view the quantity of taxes of each item, as well as the percentage of each tax.

9 - You can view the percentage value of each tax by hovering the mouse on it.

10 - On the arrow of each item, you can extend and view the tables of taxes and deposits.

11 - On tab Taxes, you can view a chart of all taxes levied on the document. Next to it, you can view a table with the chart captions, as well as the percentage and values in foreign currency FC Value and domestic currency DC Value.
