TD Jurisdiction Integration between Receipt and Accounts Payable modules USA

02. STATUS/REQUISITION

The receiving user needs the jurisdiction entered in receipt invoice to be displayed in APB bill.

03. SOLUTION

In program Incoming Documents Maintenance (RE3001), enter a jurisdiction for document items and update the invoice with APB module integration.
The bill will be created in module Accounts Payable, in which you can view the jurisdiction through button Sales Tax of program Query Accounts Payable Bills (bas_tit_ap_fin). 

If parameter Tax Clearing is selected in program Sales Tax Jurisdictions (bas_jurisd_sales_tax), the system creates a bill in module ACR for this jurisdiction.

04. OTHER INFORMATION

APB will not display the jurisdiction if parameter Consider Tax as Item Cost is selected in program Receipt Parameters Maintenance (RE0103).
