MV_CTBCTG - Transaction Blocking by Binding of Calendar X Currency X Balance Type

To enable, in module Management Accounting and its integrations that manage accounting transactions through standard entries, the blocking of transactions validating the binding between accounting calendar, accounting currency and balance type, and whether the status of this combination is set to Blocked. The transaction is only hindered if the binding status is set to blocked in the Calendar X Currency X Balance Type binding register; otherwise, accounting transactions occur as usual.

This implementation does neither replace nor void the validation of calendar x currency binding already found in module Management Accounting, maintaining its regular process and only complementing it.
