Speaking of First Access...


Right at the first login, you are welcomed by an interactive guide that presents the platform in a simple and intuitive way. In just a few clicks, you can master the main features and start using the system with security, agility, and complete autonomy.

Upon starting, you can set some important configurations to make the most of our platform.



Personal Data


01. On the first screen, the user can enter their personal data.

Full name - the user's full name

About you - a brief description about the user

Area of expertise - Select one from the available options:

  • Technology
  • Health
  • Education
  • Finance
  • Purchasing and Sales
  • Retail
  • Legal
  • Manufacturing
  • Administrative
  • Logistics
  • Agribusiness
  • Construction
  • Public Sector
  • Other.

Role - Select one from the available options:

  • Assistant
  • Analyst
  • Leader
  • Coordinator
  • Manager
  • Director
  • Specialist
  • Support
  • Consultant
  • Other.

02. Click Next.

At any time, the user can close the options to not display them again at the next login. To do this, just click Close and do not show again.

To return to the previous option and edit, click Back.

You can set all configurations here and edit them later.


Use Goals


01. Select the resources you intend to use most frequently.

You can select one or more resources of your interest from the available options.

  • Processes
  • Documents (ECM)
  • Pages (WCM)
  • Analytics
  • Social
  • Identity
  • I still don't know

02. Click Next.

At any time, the user can close the options to not display them again at the next login. To do this, just click Close and do not show again.

To go back and edit the previous option, click Back.

Customization


Make it reflect your business.

01. In the Colors menu, you can define from the available color kits or set different colors for the Menu Background, Top (Top of the screen), and Full Background (Background of the screen).

The available color kit templates are:

  • Standard
  • Ocean
  • Beach
  • Aurora
  • Coral
  • Ecological

If desired, you can define unique colors for each item:

Primary - Links, buttons, and main actions.

Menu Background - Background of the menu.

Top - Top of the screen.

Full Background - Background of the screen.

To view in dark mode, just click the View dark mode option.

02. In the Images and settings menu, you can change the logo for light or dark backgrounds and the browser icon (favicon). Just drag and drop the image in the indicated location or select a file.

Logo (for light background)

  • Recommended height: 60px
  • Supported formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG
  • Maximum size: 1MB

Logo (for dark background)

  • Recommended height: 60px
  • Supported formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG
  • Maximum size: 1MB

Favicon (browser icon)

  • Recommended size: 1024x768px
  • Supported formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, ICO
  • Maximum size: 1MB

03. Still in the menu, in Advanced options, you can change the top image and the background image. Just drag and drop the image in the indicated location or select a file.

Top

  • Recommended height: 60px
  • Supported formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG
  • Maximum size: 1MB


Background image

  • Recommended size: 1440x1024px
  • Supported formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG
  • Maximum size: 1MB

If you want to use the same image already defined in the previous options, just select Repeat.

Selecting the option Open search results in a new window allows that, when searching for content, they will be automatically opened in a new tab in the browser.

04. Preview how your page will look on different devices such as Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet.

05. Click Next.

Homepage


01. Select one of the available templates for your homepage.

Each template has widgets with specific resources, which you can change later.

Agility

  • Process templates;
  • Shortcut to recent accesses;
  • Shortcut to useful links;
  • Start requests;
  • Task chart.

Productivity

  • New publication;
  • Timeline of events;
  • Content search;
  • Shortcut to useful links;
  • Task chart.

Monitoring

  • Task center;
  • Start requests;
  • Process templates;
  • Shortcut to recent accesses.

 02. Click Next.

Solutions


01. View some additional applications and services that are available.

To view information about the application, click the icon to be directed to the official page.

02. Search for an application using the Search field.

03. Use the filter to display solutions according to your needs.

In the filter, you can display solutions from:

  • All developers;
  • TOTVS;
  • Fluig.

And also by type:

  • Applications;
  • Flows.

04. To check all available applications, click Go to Store.

05. Click Next.

Recommendations


Explore the system recommendations and find communities to join, making the most of what the solution offers!

01. In the Recommendations item, click the icon to learn more about the available resources.

02. In the Communities item, see the suggested communities to join.

03. Click Finish.

To return to the previous option and edit, click Back.
