02. DESCRIPTION

The entry point CTBPCO allows for a preliminary validation of the execution of the budgetary movement posting routine during the integration with the Budget Planning and Control module (SIGAPCO) (PcoDetLan).
The return value of this entry point decides whether or not to proceed to the posting function; if the return is true, it executes, and if it is false, it does not execute.
