The version history of the form allows tracking the changes made over time and aims to facilitate the identification of a specific version, monitor the changes made, and identify who made the alterations.
When creating a new form, the tag V.01 Draft
is displayed, indicating that the form is still being edited.
When the process linked to the form is published, the form is automatically published, and at this moment the tag changes to V.01 Published
.
When there are modifications to the form, and the process is published again, a new version of the form is automatically generated, and its tag changes to V.02 Published, V.03 Published, and so on.
In the version history, it is possible to view all previous versions of the form, check the modifications made and who performed them, as well as access or restore previous versions if necessary.

01. Locate the process to which the desired form is linked.
02. Edit the process and click on the icon
to access the form.
03. With the form builder open, click on the icon
to access the Version History.
04. The Version History tab will open, displaying the versions of the form, the date it was created or published, and who published the version.

02. The version of the form will open for viewing. You can perform some actions:
When viewing a specific version of the form, you can restore it by clicking the Restore Version button located in the lower right corner of the screen.

02. A message will inform you that upon confirming the action, it is necessary to use the Save button located in the header of the editor to replace the current version with the selected version.
03. Click Confirm to complete the action.
