Measurement

The procedure measurement registering is essential, because the family register will be showing the document used as parameter to instrument adequation/ calibration.

The procedures to be registered are movements to be accomplished in the system with instruments and measurements.

Procedures

To register procedures and measurements:

1. In the maintenance register window of the measurement Procedures, click Add.

The system displays the adding screen.

2. Fill out fields according to the field help.
3. Check data and confirm it.
4. In the menu, there are options:
• Measurement Procedure: It displays just the instruments measurement procedures.
• Use Procedure: It displays just the instruments use procedures, according to Use Procedures Register.
• All Procedures: It displays the instruments use and measurement procedures.
• See Documents: It allows you to see documents associated to procedures, since there is integration with Document Control Environment.
• Texts: It allows you to type information related to measurement procedures in the system.
5. Select option according to your needs.

Tip:

The procedures cannot be deleted if it is attached to pending movements.
