Registers
This option register all company instruments.
Information in this register are strictly related to the family, therefore (once the family is informed, and bellow it, the Range), they can be displayed in different screens to each instrument that will depend on the types of calibration by range (simple, complete, pressure, mesh, calibrator and complete calibrator) and report type (found value or measurement uncertain).
It's possible to accomplish the data collecting through tools that were coupled to the serial door, with Digital Pachymeter, Comparator Counters etc, since its technical details are informed in this register. |
When registered, the calibration periodicity control of these instruments is done. This control allows you to send e-mails (with the instrument list) to the person in charge that were selected to them. See E-mail topic for further information.
when you have to delete registered instruments, the system check if this is not being used in the Inflow Inspection procedures or Process Inspection, since parameter MV_QAPQIEP is configured with 1 (Yes). |
Procedures
To register each instrument:
| 1. | In the Instrument maintenance window, select the option Add. |
The system will display a Add screen, with three different options. They are:
| • | Register - It refers to the inclusion of the data related to the instruments/parts, date, RR time, test type, test inferior limit, testers superior limit, parts quantity, cycles quantity. |
| • | Ranges - It is used to inform the range data that were discriminated in the families associated with the instruments. This option will be unable until the field Family is informed. |
| • | Points/Calibrators - It is used to inform the points data, when the range informed in the family associated with the instrument is Calibrator/Complete Calibrator. This way, the option will be unable until the field Family is informed, and since that associated range is the same type as mentioned. |
| 2. | In the Register field, inform the Allowance Register (Required Capacity), the Reducer (Safe Coefficient) and the Acceptability Criteria (x/100 to be considered in the Acceptability Criteria calculation) of the Instrument Range. These values are used in the calculation of the Metrological Confirmation, associated to the range assigned to the selected instruments family. |
| 3. | Inform data according to the help field. |
| 4. | Check data and confirm it. |
| 5. | To this Instrument Register routine, option Text is available in the menu so that you can inform the statements related to History, Complement and Reprogramming. |
